The number “33” stands for our 33 minute signature class style. It only takes 33 minutes a day to make a huge difference in how you look, feel, and function, and we’re going to bring you right up to that next level.
Club33’s workouts start with a 3 minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of consistent interval work targeting a specific muscle group. Although workouts are intense and high calorie burning, Club33 sets itself apart from other studios by really focusing on the quality of the movements and ensuring members feel the muscle groups they’re working, as opposed to only focusing on their heart rate.
