Club33 is an exclusive small group training studio for individuals dedicated to their physical fitness and passionate about a performance driven lifestyle.
The number "33" stands for our 33 minute signature class style. The recommended amount of time spent on each muscle group is about 30 minutes to help improve strength and body composition. Our 33 minute workouts are structured to have a 3 minute warm-up followed by 30 minutes of consistent interval work targeting a specific muscle group.
We have top-of-the-line equipment typically found at college and professional level training facilities. Professional grade Woodway treadmills that go up to a 30% incline and 25 mph, rowers, VersaClimbers, and commercial grade strength racks. We also have turf, along with a sled that can hold up to 500 lbs.
In addition to our classes, we also offer private and group personal training as well as clinics and workshops throughout the year. We also provide a variety of recovery and rehabilitation services.

Thank you for prioritizing your health and safety!
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first class so the trainer can show you around the studio and give you an overview of the class.
